Jeffrey Martin Schleider is the Founder and CEO of The Beverly Group, a Los Angeles based real estate development investment firm, where he drives the firm’s strategy in sourcing, acquiring, and repositioning value-add Los Angeles multifamily opportunities. Under his leadership, The Beverly Group has been recognized for disciplined property acquisitions, design forward repositioning, and consistent returns in the Los Angeles multifamily real estate market.
Prior to founding The Beverly Group to focus on multifamily acquisitions in Los Angeles, Jeff founded Miron Properties, which was acquired by Realogy (NYSE:RLGY) in 2016.
Jeff has been featured for his real estate expertise in The New York Times, Mann Report, and Real Estate Weekly, and has taught professional education courses in partnership with REBNY, Chase, and Wells Fargo.
Jeff is a graduate of Columbia University and active member of the Los Angeles real estate community.
