We use third-party advertising and analytics technologies (such as advertising pixels and cookies) that may disclose online identifiers and internet activity to advertising platforms in order to deliver targeted advertising to you across other websites. Under the CCPA, this disclosure may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond to verifiable requests within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice). Where we offer browser-based opt-out tools or a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, you may also use those to opt out.

We only send text messages to individuals who have contacted us or otherwise consented to receive SMS communications regarding their property inquiry. By providing your mobile phone number to The Beverly Group  by calling our marketing number, completing a response card from a direct mail piece, or submitting your information through our Website — you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from us regarding your property inquiry, including follow-up questions, scheduling, and offers to purchase.

Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per month while we are actively in communication. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; after you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. Your SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS messaging is available to U.S. mobile subscribers age 18 and over.
